The markets gained further grounds and are now trading near the day’s high as strong buying continued across the board. Further the positive opening of the European markets has led the markets to gain further momentum. The Realty index today outperformed the benchmark index as it is now trading with a gain of more than 7%. Further the Metal, Power, Capital Goods and Auto stocks are also in demand today.
The BSE Sensex is now trading above the 14,100 mark and the NSE Nifty near the 4200 mark.
The overall market breadth is positive as 1913 stocks are advancing while 576 stocks are declining in BSE.

The BSE Sensex is trading up by 287.28 points at 14,140.98 and the NSE Nifty is trading higher by 90 points at 4,201.40.
The BSE Mid Cap increased by 178.95 points to 4,959.23 and the BSE Small Cap grew by 212.68 points to 5,495.70.
The Realty index is trading with gains of 242.19 points or 8.09% at 3,237.35. Gainers from this pack are Indiabull Real trading up by 14.03% at Rs. 217.45 along with Ackruti City by 13.75% at Rs. 514.10, Penland by 10.78% at Rs. 62.15, Ansal Infra by 9.03% at Rs. 52.50, Mahindra Life by 7.09% at Rs. 262.95, Parsvnath by 6.78% at Rs. 85, Anant Raj In by 5.72% at Rs. 98.90 and Omaxe by 5.37% at Rs84.40.
The Metal index is trading higher by 462.09 points or 4.50% at 10,735.84. Scrips that are trading with decent gains are Welspun Guj SR by 8.88% at Rs. 201.60 followed by Ispat Inds by 8.71% at Rs. 19.35, Gujarat NRE Coke by 8.10% at Rs. 40.70, NMDC by 6.88% at Rs. 342, Sesa Goa by 6.15% at Rs. 210.55, Tata Steel by 5.14% at Rs. 376.60 and Jai Corp by 5% at Rs. 210.05 and JSW Steel by 4.92% at Rs. 556.
