Market is trading on upbeat note after a positive opening as China lifted up the sentiments in Asian markets. BSE Sensex is trading above 14,600 level and NSE Nifty is around 4,400 mark. Buying is emerged in most of the indices with Metal, Capital Goods, Realty and Pharma stocks leading the gainers. The market breadth is positive as 1439 stocks are trading in green while 661 stocks are trading in red.
At 11.31AM, BSE Sensex is trading higher by 71.80 points at 14,615.54 and NSE Nifty is trading up 24.85 at 4,393.10. The BSE Mid Cap and BSE Small Cap are trading higher by 50.21 points and 59.15 points at 5,816.54 and 7,071.89.
Gainers from the NSE Nifty are Reliance Comm Ltd down by (3.13%) at Rs412.30 along with Idea Cellular (3.12%) at Rs84.40, Steel Authority (2.60%) at Rs143.50, Hero Honda Motors (2.15%) at Rs806.25, BHEL (2.14%) at Rs1,713.90 and ABB Ltd by (2.11%) at Rs884.35.
The Metal index is trading higher by 227.95 points at Rs12,500.75 as NMDC Ltd is trading up by (4.52%) at Rs347.05 along with Hindustan Zinc (2.90%) at Rs560.00, Steel Authority (2.50%) at Rs143.60, Jai Corp Ltd Ltd (2.25%) at Rs356.10 and Ispat Indus by (2.17%) at Rs25.85.
The Capital goods index is trading up by 146.24 points at Rs12,208.65 as Reliance Industries is trading higher by (2.86%) at Rs990.00 along with Walchand Indus (2.56%) at Rs290.65, ABB Ltd by (2.12%) at Rs883.20, Usha Martin (2.12%) at Rs82.00 and BHEL (2.09%) at Rs1,713.00.
The Reality index is trading higher by 87.60 points at Rs5,205.10. Scrips trading up are Akruti City by (5.49%) at Rs749.00 along with Orbit Co (4.08%) at Rs227.00, Mahindra Life (3.14%) at Rs465.00 and Indiabull Real (2.86%) at Rs320.00, Pheonix Mill by (2.75%) at Rs173.80.
Reliance communications is trading higher by (3.25%) at Rs412.80. The company enters into thedirect to home (DTH) business, as it launched its DTH services venture through its wholly owned subsidiary Reliance BIG TV Ltd and aims at 40% market share.
