Punjab National Bank has informed that the members at the 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank held on August 06, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet of the Bank as at March 31, 2007, Profit & Loss A/c of the Bank for the year ended March 31, 2007, the report of Board of Directors on the working and activities of the Bank for the period covered by the Accounts and the Auditors Report on the Balance Sheet and Accounts
.2. Declaration of final dividend @ 60%.
