Infra Industries Ltd has informed that the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 23, 2007, have transacted the following business:
1. Adopted the Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007, together with the Directors & Auditors report.
2. Re-appointed Mr. A P Abraham as a Director of the Company.
3. Re-appointed M/s. Chaturvedi & Shah, Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Company.
