Sesa Goa Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 21, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:1. To consider the adoption of the Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007, recommendation of Final Dividend, Book Closure Date and fixing date of Annual General Meeting besides the other agenda items.2. For taking on record Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2007.
