Mount Everest Mineral Water Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 12, 2007, inter alia, consider allotment of Equity Shares to Tata Tea Ltd in terms of resolution passed by the shareholders in their Extraordinary General Meeting held on July 02, 2007.
