Bihar Tubes - Allotment of warrants on preferential basis

Bihar Tubes Ltd has informed that pursuant to the special resolution passed by the members of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 31,75000 warrants on preferential basis to the entities belonging to the promoter group and other Strategic Investors, entitling the warrant holders to apply for fully paid-up equity shares at any time during 18 months from the date of issue.
