Saarc Net - Change in Directorate

Saarc Net Ltd has informed that in view of decision taken in the meeting of Board of Directors on March 15, 2007, Mr. Jawahar Gupta and Mr. Munish Tyagi have been appointed as an Additional Directors in the category of independent Director.Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Ram Avtar Goyal has resigned from directorship of the Company with immediate effect.
