Karuna Cables - Outcome of Board Meeting

Karuna Cables Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 15, 2007, has approved the following:1. To delist the trading of the shares of the Company from Hyderabad and Ahmedabad Stock Exchange subject to approval of members in the General Meeting.2. To appoint M/s. Bhoopendar Maheshwari & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the new auditor subject to the approval of the members in the General Meeting.Further the Company has informed that, the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held on July 11, 2007.
