Twilight Litaka Board to recommend dividend
Twilight Litaka Pharma Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 17, 2007, to consider and adopt Audited Financial Results for the Year Ended on March 31, 2007 and also to consider the recommendation of Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company.
