ING Vysya Bank fixes Book Closure

ING Vysya Bank Ltd has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from May 30, 2007 to June 28, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 76th Annual General Meeting of the Bank to be held on June 28, 2007.
