Safari Industries Board to recommend dividend
Safari Industries India Ltd has informed that a meeting the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 01, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the AuditedFinancial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to recommend dividend, ifany, on Equity Shares of the Company for the said year.
