Jayavant Products - Result of Postal Ballot

Jayavant Products Ltd has informed that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the Special Resolution for shifting of Registered Office of the Company from the State of Karnataka to the State of Maharashtra, with requisite majority.
