Market remains unstable on account of mixed global cues. On a global front the recent news of overnight call rate cut by Bank of Japan gives some positive outlook for Asian markets. However, the official confirmation is yet to come from the bank. Besides, an overnight gain upto 50% in Indian ADRs, led by IT major Satyam Computers even in a weak US market sentiment also added positive impact to Indian IT index. As a result, IT index soared by nearly 3% in its early trade, followed by TECk and FMCG index which increased by nearly 2% each respectively. But, on the other hand, Oil & Gas and Metal stocks remained under selling pressure and trading in negative territory.
