Only Auto index is witnessing selling pressure in its basket while huge buying is seen in Metal, Capital Goods, Bank, FMCG and Oil & Gas stocks. Among the Sensex pack, 24 stocks are trading in green while 6 are in red.
At 1.30PM, the BSE Sensex is trading higher by 200.00 points at 14,050.04 and NSE Nifty is up by 60.80 points at 4,220.30.
The BSE Mid Cap is trading higher by 71.37 points at 5,328.36 along with Small Cap up by 88 points at 6,525.98.
Gainers from the BSE are BHEL trading up by (5.08%) at Rs1,583.05 along with Tata Steel (4.90%) at Rs627.80, ITC Ltd (4.27%) at Rs186.80, Hindalco (4.17%) at Rs148.50, Wipro Ltd (4.00%) at Rs387.55, Reliance Infra (3.78%) at Rs893.00, Reliance Com Ltd (3.65%) at Rs462.90 and Cipla Ltd by (3.25%) at Rs223.80.

In auto sector M&M Ltd Hero Honda Motors is trading higher by (1.01%) at Rs725.05 along with M&M Ltd up by (0.23%) at Rs529.80 while Maruti Suzuki is trading lowerby (8.04%) at Rs595.10 along with Tata Motors down by (2.82%) at Rs407.00.
In cement sector ACC Ltd is trading up by (2.89%) at Rs557.40 and Grasim Indus trading higher by (2.14%) at Rs1,765.00 while Ambuja Cement is lower by (0.12%) at Rs81.00.
ITC Ltd is trading higher by (4.27%) at Rs186.80. The company has acquired about 2.3 million shares, or 0.5% of the equity, in paper maker company Ballarpur Industries Ltd, which is India’s biggest paper company for Rs56 million.
