Market Is Trading Weak.

The market is still trading weak and has lost further grounds on account of selling pressure continued in the selective index pivotal. The broader market has outperformed the benchmark index from the opening bell. The
The overall market breadth is positive, as 1675 stocks are advancing whereas 977 stocks that are declining.

Tata Steel reported the top gainer from the BSE Sensex pack. It is trading higher by (2.89%) at Rs.652.10 while Bharti Airtel the top loser down by (4.12%) at Rs.800.

At 2.31PM BSE Sensex is at 16,124.17 down by 93.32 points and Nifty is at 4,844.50 down by 33 points.

The BSE Mid Cap is higher by 79.46 points to 6,253.95 and the Small Cap advanced by 118.84 points to 7,403.48.

The BSE Bank index is the top loser today. It is trading with a loss of 85.02 points at 8,286.32. The main losers are Canara Bank down by (2.42%) at Rs.223.40,ICICI Bank decreased by (3.41%) at Rs.849.95 followed by Bank of Baroda and Union Bank slipped by (1.77%) and (1.59%) to Rs.294 and Rs.151.30 respectively.

The most active shares on NSE are Reliance Capital trading at Rs.1,279.15 with a total traded quantity of 3452393 shares followed by Reliance trading at Rs.2281.55 with a total traded quantity of 1508128 shares.

Maruti Suzuki is trading higher by (0.12%) to Rs.845. The company has launched its new sedan Swift DZire, making it the seventh model to be launched by the company in the last three years. This model is launched as a replacement of the earlier mid size sedan Maruti Esteem.
