MUMBAI: Micro nutrient maker Aries Agro Ltd said on Monday it has set a price band of 120-130 rupees a share for its 4.5 million shares initial public offer.
The offer represents 34.6 percent of the post issue capital. It opens on Dec. 14 and closes on Dec. 19.
