Shri Jagdamba Polymers Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To consider, approve and adopt Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.
2. To recommend the final dividend for the year 2006-2007, if any.
3. To finalize the date of the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company.
4. To finalize the dates of Book Closure of the share transfer and register of Members andfix record date for determination of entitlement of dividend.
