Shalimar Paints Ltd has informed that the members at the 105th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 26, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Re-appointment of Mr. Ratan Jindal and Mr. A V Lodha, as Directors of the Company.
2. Appointment of Mr. S Sarda as Executive Director of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of Messrs. Chaturvedi and Partners, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting on terms and conditions.
