NEPC India - Board Meeting on Aug 21, 2007

NEPC India Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 21, 2007, inter alia, to discuss the fund raising programme of the Company for the new lines of Solar business, with particular reference to consideration of issue of share warrants of Rs 10/- each to the promoters, associates and others by way of preferential allotment.
