Nagarjuna Construction - Allotment of equity shares under ESOP

Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2007, has allotted 11380 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each @ Rs 11/- per share arising out of exercise of options by the employees of the Company under the terms of the NCC Employees Stock Option Plan (ESOP) 2004 which was earlier approved by the Share Holders of the Company at its Extraordinary General Meeting held on November 16, 2004. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 41,70,44,560/- divided into 20,85,22,280 Equity shares of Rs 2/- each from the existing Rs 41,70,21,800/- divided into 20,85,10,900 Equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
