Wallfort Financial Services Ltd has informed that the Company shall publish the Audited Financial Results for the year ended June 30, 2007 within a period of three months from the end of the last quarter ending on June 30, 2007 and hence would not publish the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.
