Sql Star International Ltd has informed that the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on August 16, 2007, to transact the business as set out in the Notice together with the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007, the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the reports of the Auditors and Directors.
