Shreyans Industries Ltd has informed that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 04, 2007, inter alia, have passed the following special resolutions:1. Approved the annual accounts of the Company for the Financial Year 2006-07.2. Re-appointment of Sh. Rajneesh Oswal as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for Three Years, w.e.f. August 01, 2007.3. Re-appointment of Sh. Vishal Oswal as Vice Chairman & Managing Director of the Companyfor Three Years, w.e.f. August 01, 2007.4. Issue of 27,50,000 Fully Convertible Warrants on Preferential Basis.Apart from the above special resolutions members have also approved the appointment of Sh. Kunal Oswal and the reappointment of Sh. R C Singal and Dr. (Mrs.) H K Bal as director liable to retire by rotation.
