Sanra Software Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting on June 29, 2007, to consider approve and adapt the audited results for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 and to recommend payment of dividend to the equity share holder for the financial year ended March 31, 2007. The Board of Directors decided to adjourn this Board Meeting to June 30, 2007 for considering the above.
