Re ends flat at 40.35/$

Mumbai: The rupee ended flat at 40.35 on July 27. The home currency opened at 40.35 and saw an intra-day high of 40.28 due to some selling but subsequently went up to close at 40.35. In forwards, the six-month premia closed at 0.96 per cent (1.14 per cent) and the 12-month at 1.3 per cent (1.41 per cent).
