Pioneer Technoparks Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 16, 2007, for consideration and approval to conduct a Postal Ballot to seek the approval of the members of the Company by a Special Resolution for alteration in the Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association.
