Mastek - Allotment of equity shares under ESOP

Mastek Ltd has informed that at the meeting of Committee of Directors held on July 20, 2007, 8004 shares were allotted under the Employees Stock Option Plan (ESOP) and the paid-up share capital has subsequently increased to:
