IDFC - Allotment of shares under ESOS

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd (IDFC) has informed that the Committee of Directors for allotment on July 23, 2007 allotted 2,21,116 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10/- each to employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
