Ckoramaandel Cements Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 06, 2007, inter alia, has decided and resolved as follows:1. The Board Allotted 30,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to promoters on preferential allotment basis.2. The Board Allotted of 41,96,790 Convertible Warrants to the Promoters / Promoter Group on preferential allotment basis.
