Zenith Birla - Change in Directorate

Zenith Birla India Ltd has informed that Companys Executive Director, Shri. Arun Jain has resigned from his post and from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect. As an Executive Director, he was responsible for the day to day operations of the Company including the Finance & Accounts functions.
