Surya Roshni - Outcome of Board Meeting

Surya Roshni Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, has approved the alteration of Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company by inserting a new clause relating to electronic products and household instruments & equipments, subject to approval from members through Postal Ballot.
