Sarla Performance - Board Meeting rescheduled

Sarla Performance Fibers Ltd has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company could not be held on June 28, 2007 due to unavoidable reasons and therefore audited result of the Company for the year ending March 31, 2007 could not be taken on record and the meeting has been scheduled to be held now on June 29, 2007 in which the result will be taken.
