Sarda Plywood - Result of Postal Ballot

Sarda Plywood Industries Ltd has informed that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the special resolution, by authorizing the Board to offer and / or allot up to 6,40,000 Convertible Warrants carrying an option / entitlement to subscribe to and be allotted equivalent number of Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company for cash to M/s. Cuckoo Fiscal Services Ltd by way of preferential allotment, on terms & conditions, with requisite majority.
