Raipur Alloys - Board Meeting on Jun 29, 2007

Raipur Alloys & Steel Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider and decide on issuance of equity shares, equity linked instruments of the Company on preferential basis to investors, in compliance with the provisions of Chapter XIII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure & Investors Protection) Guidelines, 2000 as amended to date.
