JIK Industries Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider allotment of 39,50,507 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 3.80 per share and 32,27,623 Fully Convertible Bonds of face value of Rs 69/- each convertible into 5 Equity Shares on private placement basis pursuant to Honble BIFR orders.
