Indiaco Ventures Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 16, 2007, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:1. Application to RBI for NBFC Application:The Board considered the matter of making an application to RBI for getting the Company registered as an NBFC & authorised Mr. Rahul Patwardhan to make & sign the application in this behalf.2. Consideration of ESOP Schemes The Board considered & discussed about implementing an Employee Stock Option Scheme.
