ICI India fixes Book Closure for Dividend

ICI India Ltd has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 04, 2007 to July 19, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The dividend will be due and payable on or after July 19, 2007.
