Crystal Software Solutions Ltd has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 06, 2007 to August 11, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 11, 2007.
