Asian Paints - Outcome of AGM

Asian Paints Ltd has informed that the members at the 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on June 26, 2007, have appointed M/s. Shah & Co, Chartered Accountants and M/s. BSR & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company, under Section 224 of the Companies Act, 1956, to hold office from the conclusion of the 61st Annual General Meeting to the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
