ANG Auto Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2007, inter alia, has approved the following:1. Setting Up of wholly owned Subsidiary Company(ies) in Hongkong / Singapore.2. To convene Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company on July 10, 2007 to get approval of setting up subsidiary(ies) Company.
