Allianz Capital & Management Services Ltd has informed that the Boated of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 08, 2007, has decided to postpone the business as to adoption of Annual Accounts and matters related thereto viz. recommendation of dividend. In the light of the above, the date of the next meeting of the Board of Director for the said purpose of adoption of Annual Accounts and related matters as to dividend would be intimated separately.
