VLS Finance - Purchase of shares

VLS Finance Ltd has informed that the Company has received an intimation dated May 25, 2007 from M P Mehrota (HUF) - constituent of promoter group of the Company, that it intends to purchase up to 5,00,000 equity shares (constituting about 1.26% of the paid up capital of the Company) from open market through Stock Exchange.
