Tourism Finance - Appointment of Directors

Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd has informed that the Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India has nominated Shri. Rakesh Singh, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs (Banking Division) as Director, which has been taken on record. Further, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2007 appointed Shri. R R Rai, Zonal Manager, Life Insurance Corporation of India as Additional Director.
