Tinplate Company fixes Book Closure

Tinplate Company of India Ltd has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 10, 2007 to July 20, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 88th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on July 20, 2007.Further the Company has informed that, the Board has not recommend any dividend in respect of the year ended March 31, 2007.
