Shanthi Gears revises Book Closure

Shanthi Gears Ltd has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 30, 2007 to July 16, 2007 (Revised) for the purpose of payment of dividend & Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on July 16, 2007.
