Satyam Computer - Conversion of Stock Options

Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 315,086 equity shares through circular resolution on May 07, 2007 under stock option plans of the Company.Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 667,196,009 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,334,392,018 to 667,511,095 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,335,022,190/-.
