Saksoft Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:1. Audited Financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and2. Recommend dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2007.
