Precision Wires India Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2007, inter alia, to consider, approve & allot, the conversion of 11,00,000, 13% Fully Convertible Debentures - FCDs into One Equity Share of Face value of Rs 10/- each aggregating to 11,00,000 Fully Paid up Equity Share of Face value of Rs 10/- each.
