Oriental Carbon Board to recommend dividend

Oriental Carbon & Chemicals Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2007 to consider and approve the accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 and recommendation of dividend, if any.
